Texas Key Property Management was built by someone who has walked in your shoes as a property owner — and decided to do something about it.
Mariel
Founder & Principal
Mariel built her career in sales and property management, including leadership roles at one of San Antonio's largest management companies. Working closely with property owners for years, she gained a deep understanding of their challenges — particularly around communication, accountability, and trust.
Those experiences inspired her to found Texas Key Property Management with a clear mission: deliver a service rooted in transparency, integrity, and open communication. Her approach is both strategic and client-centered — committed not only to protecting and maximizing her clients' investments, but to building lasting relationships grounded in reliability and care.
Outside of work, Mariel embraces her most important role: devoted mother to her two young boys. When she carves out a quiet moment, she enjoys cooking and baking — with a collection of over 1,000 saved recipes, many still waiting for their turn in the kitchen.
